Record Breaking Tokyo Whiteout by "Daily Time-Lapse"

Tokyo based independent reporter "Daily Time-Lapse" reported record-breaking snowfall in Tokyo on 14th of February, 2014, taken between the hours of 12:00 to 1:00 am on the 15th early in the morning.
This view was taken from Shibuya to Kanda 5 chome by all wheel drive vehicle in the speed of 20km per hour, approx. 12 miles per hour.
